Securewest International’s substantial experience has been achieved through many years of involvement in providing armed and unarmed security officers to military and commercial shipping, both in port and at sea.

This includes nuclear submarines, first attack fire fighting capability to naval ships in port for refit, military and commercial ports and docks. Also extending from short to long term contracts, emergency response locally and world-wide, and a variety of tasks ranging from general security and anti-terrorist responsibilities to anti-piracy duty and the arrest of ships.

Securewest International has a proven capability to deploy security officers with maritime experience from its offices world-wide or other operating areas at short notice.

Securewest International can have security officers on their way within a few hours, taking only as long as it takes to travel to the location (and subject to visas or visa waiver). There are no restrictions on the length of deployment.

If firearms are required for an overseas deployment Securewest International is insured to use ship’s firearms, for land-based deployments this is subject to availability and local jurisdiction.
